Frequent Questions

How do I take care of my Terrarium?

Terrarium care is simple. Place your terrarium in bright sunlight on your window-cil  or balcony for 1 hour every week. Maintain proper airflow when needed, and drip 2-3ml drinking water lightly before placing in the sunlight. Avoid direct sunlight for more than 1 hour as it can overheat the ecosystem.

Most terrariums require very little watering. Use the provided dropper and add only a small amount of water when the moss or soil appears dry. Overwatering is the most common terrarium care mistake.

Yes. But for a maximum of 1 hour only, as the sunlight spectrum is perfect for plants. However, excess heat inside the glass and may damage plants, moss, and the ecosystem. So, always wipe the mist after its sun bath every week for 1 hour only.

Light condensation is normal in a healthy terrarium ecosystem. If excessive fog remains throughout the day, remove with gently wiping with small pierce of tissue or open the lid for a few hours to improve airflow and reduce moisture levels.

Terrarium maintenance includes trimming overgrown plants, removing dry leaves, and cleaning the inside glass gently using a soft tissue or cloth to maintain visibility and aesthetics. *Remember there are friends inside (springtails) that will eat decaying matter.

With proper terrarium care and maintenance, a well-balanced living terrarium can thrive for months or even years while requiring very little upkeep.
